McCartney vinner låtskrivarpris

Paul McCartney har utsetts till årets låtskrivare av The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP). Ceremonin ägde rum i London. Ex-Beatlen fick ett erkännande för låtarna All You Need Is Love, Come Together och Hello Goodbye.

Coldplay tog Årets låt för Viva La Vida medan andra utmärkelser gick till Eurythmics’ Sweet Dreams (Are Made Of This) och Dido för Thank You, enligt BBC.
