Grattis till en otrolig prestation !! kul att det var fint väder jag sprang tre mil i lördags ”runt hela stan”
nästan helt is och snöfritt tänkte på er som åkt skidor i Stockholm !.När jag sprang ut på Djurgården tänkte jag på de fåtal rullskidåkare jag såg en snöfri solig ! december morgon.Kanske det finns lite snö kvar utanför
stan men nu det känns som vår.Grattis igen !!
Fråga åt ni frukost 04.00 ? innan bussresan 05.00 till start ?

Om bloggen: Här kan du läsa om hur jag tränar och äter, tankar kring löpning och livet, prylar, kläder och en massa annat. Har sprungit två maror, ett gäng halvmaror och flera millopp. Målen för 2012 är att springa mer i berg och skog samt att få ännu fler att upptäcka glädjen med löpning. Jag planerar också att i år genomföra en svensk klassiker samt en 24-timmars fjällorienteringstävling. Nu kör vi!

Om Petra: Kemist som sadlade om till journalist 2003. Jag har en lång bakgrund inom träning, bland annat som simmare, men mina första löpsteg tog jag så sent som i december 2009 - när jag väl hade börjat löpträna var det dock kört. Jag har skrivit reportage och krönikor om träning för bland annat SvD, Sportfack, Råd & Rön, Stadium Magazine, Runner’s World, Utemagasinet och nyhetsbyrån TT Spektra. Leder tillsammans med maratonexperten Anders Szalkai webbtv-programmet Spring! samt föreläser regelbundet om löpning och hur man hittar motivation till sin träning. Är utbildad journalist vid Uppsala universitet.
